the location was unbeatable, so close to the slopes as well as germany and easily accessible. i had coffee at cafe putzi's pub, located within 5 minutes walk. i had the a double room which was good sized and light.

The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. I appreciate how accessible everything was, from the cozy seating areas to the dining hall. It made my stay truly enjoyable and convenient.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there. As a senior woman, I sometimes needed a little extra help or guidance, especially when it came to carrying my luggage or finding my way around the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is great, right next to the train station, making it easy to get around this city. The hotel is absolutely clean, and the staff is extremely helpful.
